- To verify the mobile number or email you provided via a one-time passcode.
- To schedule and execute the X-ray film pick-up you request.
- To issue payment and certificates of destruction.

Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS messaging program

How long we keep your information
We retain quote and pick-up records for as long as required to operate the business and comply with applicable law, then securely delete them.
How we protect your information
Quote data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Patient X-ray film is handled in accordance with HIPAA and destroyed under chain-of-custody controls.
Your choices
- You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
- You can request that we delete your record by contacting us at the address below.
